Visiting the studio

For your practice at the studio, please make sure to book your class in advance via Eversports. This guarantees your spot.

At our studio you can pay with MasterCard or Visa, debit or credit.
Please note that we do not accept cash.

Our doors open 15 minutes before class begins.
Please arrive no later than 10 minutes before the class starts. 

If you arrive after class has started, joining the session will unfortunately not be possible. Thank you for your understanding.

Arrive in silence and mindfulness, take a moment to breathe and settle into yourself.

If you prefer, feel free to bring your own mat –
otherwise, complimentary mats from bodynova are available for you.

​

In our community area you’ll find ayurvedic tea and fresh water ready for you.

Lockers are available in the changing rooms for your valuables.

​

We kindly ask you to park your bicycles outside on the street, not in the passageway, to keep the access clear for everyone.
